Job Summary: We are seeking skilled automotive technicians / mechanics to join our growing team. Ideal candidates should have a strong mechanical aptitude, a passion for the automotive world, and a history of working on vehicles. The role will be responsible for the disassembly and reassembly of vehicles, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Disassembly of vehicles prior to upfitting applications. Reassembly once upfitting applications are complete.

Ensure vehicles are assembled and disassembled according to specifications and safety standards.

Manage workflow and prioritize tasks to meet production schedules.

Conduct quality control inspections and address any issues promptly.

Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.

Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in vehicle assembly and disassembly.

Proficiency in using relevant tools and equipment.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and instructions.

Tools and Equipment:

Specialized tools for vehicle disassembly and reassembly.
Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in automotive repair is a plus.

Minimum of 2 years of experience with vehicle maintenance or repair.
